12-Month AEGIS Swap-Out Warranty
Your AEGIS Professional blender includes a 12-month swap-out replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.
If a fault occurs during the warranty period and cannot be resolved quickly, we will arrange a replacement unit to minimise disruption to your business.
Who and what is covered
- The warranty runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- It applies to products bought and used in the UK, and covers the original purchaser.
- Jugs, blade assemblies and lids are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the same 12 months, provided the care instructions in the manual have been followed. Damage from dishwasher use, soaking or immersion is not covered.
How to make a claim
Email aftersales@aegisprofessional.co.uk with your serial number, proof of purchase and a short description, photos or video of the fault. Proof of purchase is required for every claim. Our after-sales team will diagnose the fault with you and may ask you to try some simple checks first.
Returning a faulty unit
- If we agree a swap-out, you are responsible for sending the faulty unit to us, at your own cost.
- Please pack the unit safely and securely in a suitable box. We cannot accept claims for damage in transit caused by inadequate packaging.
- Bosworth Group Ltd pays to deliver the replacement unit to you.
- The replacement unit may be new or refurbished, at our discretion.

Registration is optional and is not a condition of cover, but it helps us provide faster support and verify your warranty should you ever require assistance. Register your warranty.
What this warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, for example blunting of blades or scratching or clouding of jugs
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage
- Incorrect installation or operation
- Damage caused by improper cleaning, including immersion, prolonged soaking or dishwasher use
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Use of non-genuine AEGIS replacement parts or accessories
- Damage in transit caused by inadequate packaging when a unit is returned to us
Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights are not affected by this warranty.
